Throughout his career Andy had observed through his HR network that many businesses were struggling to recruit into their Sales, Service and Operations teams.

In sales, the pressure on hiring managers is unique. Identifying genuine sales talent is also complex. All too often, businesses were solely focused on hiring from  the competition and their sector. More often than not they were seeing poor results.

In Operations, businesses were struggling to build credible processes around hiring into their functions, realising that so much of what they did, was unique to them.

It was clear to Andy that fresh thinking was required, in order to make improve hiring capability in these areas.

When working to hire into sales, we consult to understand your sales cycle, target customer, route to market, skills requirement, remuneration considerations and cultural fit. We use this knowledge to build and opportunity grid which identifies likely hires from other sectors, aswell as your own. We then build a recruitment model that delivers the most suitable talent to your teams that is uniquely matched to you, meeting  the criteria in the grid.

In Operations we consult to understand the nuts and bolts of how your operations work. We then develop a system that identifies similar operational procedure in other organisations. We layer this over organisational considerations to then deliver talent that will adapt to your environment with the smallest possible speed to competency.

Our service feels more like HR consultancy, working with our clients as an extension of their HR function – helping them with their hiring needs but also their own talent mapping, structure,  procedural understanding and recruitment skills set. This approach enables our partners to develop their employment proposition and talent pathways through the market understanding that we uncover.

Our processes can include internal application management, exit interviews, line manager training and departmental benchmarking, aswell as building credible processes that delivers ongoing results for your functions.
