Talent Acquisiton Specialist – Executive hiring

We are supporting a large and complex organisaiton as they look to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fascinating organisation.

Acting as an internal executive recruiter, this role will spearhead the co-ordination, marketing, candidate experience and sourcing of select executive level talent into the business. The role will enjoy exposure to senior members of the organisation at all times and it will hire to some of the most high profile and organistion specific roles.

Typically, the role will hire roles across digital, technology, operations and legal. Hires will be of a very senior nature and the role will work intensely on only a few requisitions at any one time.

This role would suit a Talent acquisition professional, or agency based recruiter who wants to develop their career further in handling executive level hiring. The purpose of the role is to bring into the Talent acquisition team, the ability to pro actively source and attract c suite talent to the organisation. Exposure to executive hiring and executive search could therefore be of great interest and importance.

The organisaiton operates with flexibility so applicants can show their interest in the confidence that they can work from home and work flexibly around their needs.

To apply to this role you should be a Talent Acquisition professional who has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. You should be naturally curious and inquisitive. You should be worldly, someone who is up to speed with current affairs, global markets and commercial trends. Yo should be credible, confident and experienced with handling senior level conversations, briefings and recruitment based debates. You should be motivated by the delivery of hiring to senior level roles and you should bring a successful track record of hiring to for C suite to senior roles. Your experience should come from in house talent acquisition positions, or it could come from executive search. The successful candidate will bring the above experience, combined with a strong team ethic, great listening skills and a positive attitude that is collaborative and engaging.

Salary: Base salary up to £50,000 with bonus and delivery OTE of £75,000

Location: Remote, with occasional South London office meetings
