An innovative and leading marketing consultancy is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join its specialized and enviable business. The business has a strong presence in a popular market place and is growing at a rapid pace across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Working closely with the executive team and department heads, the role will work to attract and onboard talent to a range of positions in the UK and internationally.
Utilising job boards, social media, job fairs and events the role will attract applicants to live vacancies but it will also look to raise the profile of the employer brand and build engagement and pipeline for the business long term with regards to talent.
Actively involved in selection too, the role will manage first stage interviews, ensure a brilliant candidate experience and assist managers at later stage interviews to ensure that the right people are identified and secured.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / In house recruiter to work with ownership and autonomy on behalf of a really interesting business. It would be beneficial if individuals have experience of marketing agencies or consultancies but this is not essential and applicants with experience from dynamic commercial businesses will be considered.
To apply to this role you should be a recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional who has some in house experience. You should be open to permanent opportunity and able to commit to a 12 month contract initially. The business works remotely and from a base in Frimley so some time will need to be spent there.

Salary: c £35,000
