An exciting business which is growing and going through a large transformational changer is looking for a Senior HR BP to join its global HR Business Partnering function.
Working in the UK and reporting to an internationally based leader, this role will partner UK teams that are focused on sales and marketing. The role will also support pockets of the same teams who are based overseas (exposure to Singapore and Dubai is expected).
This is a new role that the business has created to help strengthen the HRBP team at an exciting time for the business. Not only is business good (organic strong performance and also a positive bounce after the pandemic), but the organisation is also working through a transformation programme that will further enhance the businesses ability to grow and meet its commercial potential.
A busy and varied HRBP appointment, the role will support designated functional leaders operationally (with ER, performance management etc), whilst also working to ensure that positive development people experience initiatives are identified and implemented. Furthermore, the role will support the business units as the business navigates through the transformation programme, offering the successful candidate valuable further exposure to change and business transformation.
The role will suit a confident and credible HR business partner who enjoys supporting business units in times of pressure and change. The business has a warm and supportive culture, but this is balanced by a recognition that the role will have an international reporting line and time difference challenges there. As a result, applicants should declare interest, if they are confident enough to be pro active in their early tenure and make the role their own.
To apply to this role you should be a CIPD qualified HR professional who has gained HR Business partnering experience from the private sector. You should have a strong understanding of UK employment law and ideally you will have experienced international employment law too. You should be able to work from a Brighton office on occasion, but hybrid working patterns are supported. It is expected that you have experience of managing change.
The successful candidate will have strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to counsel functional leaders with skill and conviction.
Salary: c £80,000 plus bonus and benefits
