A leading global business to business services group is looking for a French speaking Sales Learning partner (trainer and coach) to join their sales enablement team.
Based from the UK but supporting the French aspects of the business, the role will work closely with Sales Directors the role will be responsible for localizing and delivering the learning offering.
The role is highly valued, playing a crucial role in ensuring that the French sales teams receive the guidance, training and coaching they need to become the very best that they can be.
Working quickly to establish a relationship with the relevant sales directors, the role will define the learning programme, provide coaching, learning and training materials (in French), utilize insights and run analysis to demonstrate and develop ROI and effectiveness.
To apply to this role you could be a sales professional who has gained experience inducting, training and coaching staff. You could be a HR/L&D professional who has experience of helping sales teams to be the best that they can be. What is essential is that you can speak and write French fluently and can demonstrate a deep passion for developing people (sales teams). It would be preferable / desirable that you have professional qualifications or CPD that have assisted you in moving towards learning related roles.
The business has a headquarters in West London and some presence will be required there, but the position can be delivered on a hybrid / remote basis. Relatively frequent travel to France will be required and should be noted by applications.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 plus bonus, pension
