Sales Executive

An ambitious and growing business which has a strong reputation in its field is looking for a Sales Executive to join its commercial function.

The business is a local success story, growing from humble beginnings, driven by a founder and a wider management team which has big plans. The role will help the business to grow by identifying, approaching, and winning new accounts for the business. It is a service that is well received by potential customers, so the process of opening doors and pitching for business can come easily (to those who show determination, a strong work ethic, creativity, and good people skills).

After winning the business, the role will subsequently account manage, and the nature of the service means that the firm will have a long-standing relationship with its customer base as the service becomes integral, valued and non-disposable by the customer base.

Whilst the firm is small, it has ambitious plans and a stable commercial platform. This role represents a fantastic and unique opportunity for someone to join a supportive business and build a stable career in sales in an employer that will reward people very well.

To apply to this role, we are looking for applicants who demonstrate sales flair. You should be able to tell a compelling story and be able to demonstrate sales skills and attributes. Ideally you will have full cycle sales experience but if you have experience that has involved meeting targets, following process, and working hard to achieve goals, then we will still want to hear from you. It might be that you do not have bags of experience, but you are clear on why sales is for you. Salary: Up to £30,000 basic, £75,000 OTE
