A leading Talent management consultancy is looking for a recruiter to join its aspirational business.
Joining the recruitment side of the business, this role will be asked to deliver against retained assignments and recruitment projects, in the space that the firm are market leading within (principally digital recruitment).
The business is well established, with a market leading reputation and an internal culture that champions best practise, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and practises the notion of winning new briefs through expert delivery, referral and relationship management (not cold calling, e-mailing and traditional sales techniques).
On offer is the opportunity to manage recruitment campaigns and senior appointments for high profile organisations and institutions in the UK.
To apply to this role, you should be an experienced recruiter with experience that could be gained from agency, in house, or a mixture of both environments. You should have commercial drive (and be ok to work with financial targets), but ultimately you should be motivated by the quality of the business you are delivering and the expert level of consultancy that you will grow to be able to deliver.
In theory you could be based anywhere as the firm operates with a remote culture, but it would be beneficial if you lived across London, Sussex, Hampshire or Surrey, in order to be part of the various team activities and cultural days that the business runs.
On offer is clear career development opportunity, a competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £45,000 DOE and a strong commission package delivering excellent OTE’s.
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic DOE, £80,000 - £100,000 OTE. 25 days holiday. Pension.
Location: Remote. Team days in West Sussex and London
