Recruitment specialist in HR, Sales and Operations
An exciting business, connected to the world of sport and media, is looking for a Payroll and Benefits specialist to join one of its divisional HR teams.
This role will oversee oversee all payroll, rewards and benefits inputting, alongside managing the relationship with and verifying payroll data for the managed service provider.
This is a varied and responsible role that will have a range of daily, weekly, monthly and annual responsibilities including but not limited to: processing starters and leavers; inputting and checking monthly payroll; processing P11d’s and P60’s; managing benefits administration and providing reports that will be needed on an ad hoc basis by leadership and the Head of HR.
To apply to this role you should be an organised person who is used to working in roles that have required you to manage a variety or responsibilities with multiple deadlines. You should have payroll and benefits administration experience, gained from fast paced, commercial environments. You should be experienced in taking responsibility for monthly benefits inputting and checking and have experience issuing P60’s, P11D’s and liaising with HMRC aswell as benefits providers. You should have strong systems experience which will include use of SAP.
The successful candidate will demonstrate all of the above along with bringing a positive, can do attitude to their persona. The successful candidate will inspire confidence in their ability and be demonstrating of being reliable, hardworking and passionate about their work.
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE plus bonus and benefits
