A unique and dynamic business with interests across marketing consultancy and events, is looking for a HR Manager to support its growing business in meeting its people considerations.
The business is a growing and fun place to be, delivering to work across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Rapidly growing and bursting through the 100 employee mark the firm require a HR Manager to operationally deliver against their people needs and to start to put into place a wider strategic people plan.
Reporting to the board, this will be role over the next 2 years will hire a small team. This will be of the roles design, but it is expected that a HR Advisor and a HR Assistant would be hired quickly.
The businesses focus around people is to deliver to its recruitment needs, develop a great induction and training programme, enhance their benefits offering and to make sure that they are doing everything operationally to the best of their ability in terms of creating great people experience and encouraging productivity and retention.
To apply to this role you should be a HR Manager or similar who enjoys working in smaller businesses. Ideally, you will gained some international exposure. It would be highly beneficial that you have gained experience from marketing agency / consultancy environments or from within organisations that are involved with event management. It is expected that you will be CIPD qualified but this is preferred, not essential.
The successful candidate will have a growth mindset and the ambition to create a brilliant HR offering. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and will be open to occasional international travel. The role will be offered on a hybrid working pattern basis so applicants who can make it to the office in the week within a sensible commute will be considered.
Salary: Up to £55,000 base salary, bonus, pension, life insurance
