HR Co-ordinator

A leading and rapidly growing technology company is looking for a HR co-ordinator to join its growing HR function.

 

Working closely with the Head of HR and the HR Advisor, this role will support the department with all things that are HR Administrative. The business and department is growing, workload is only going up, so the great thing about this opportunity is that there is a clear path for someone to progress into a HR Advisors role within a few years. Furthermore, the business will look to assist in CIPD study support after a qualifying length of service should someone need that support.

In return, the team are looking for someone who can really help them now but lightening the administrative load and making a pro active difference for them at an operational level.

Duties will be varied – processing starters and leavers, coordinating training, issuing contracts and induction plans, booking interviews, managing the HR database (SAGE HR), managing the HR inbox, taking references, maintaining HR files and answering general queries that come through to the team.

 

To apply to this role you should be a HR Administrator or coordinator who is looking to join a dynamic business, in a role that will offer development. You should have  a strong work ethic, be confident in your approach to tasks and be experienced enough in a HR department to be able to hit the ground running with minimal day to day supervision.

Ideally, you will have experience with SAGE HR and have started your CIPD study, but neither is essential.

It is expected that you will have in depth experience of a HR systems and that you will have high levels of PC literacy, combined with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE, 25 days, pension, study support
