A rapidly growing consultancy which offers services to technology businesses is looking for a HR Business Partner to join its developing HR Team.
Working with the HRD and supporting defined client group (UK, Europe, and Asia), the role will work pro-actively and autonomously to make a difference and support the key stakeholders as they work towards their commercial goals.
A lovely brief, the role blends the perfect balance of dealing with cyclical HR issues, whilst also working to implement the people plan, working strategically and managing change.
The business is in fast growth mode, offering a new service that is being taken up quickly by some of the worlds leading tech brands. This is a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment!
To apply you should be a CIPD qualified HR business partner who has worked within fast growth businesses. You should have some international experience and it would be beneficial if you have experience from the technology, consultancy, or business services sectors.
You will be ambitious, goal orientated driven to make a difference. You will also be commercially minded, people centric and a great stakeholder manager. It is expected that you will be likely educated to degree level or equivalent along with CIPD qualification. The role will be London based (after COVID), inducted remotely for now and in the future, there will be international travel.
Salary: up to £70,000, strong benefits, career progression
