HR Business Partner

A growing business which has global product that promotes development is looking for a HRBP to join its UK HR team. The business has a London office (city) and some time will be expected there, but this role can be considered on a hybrid basis, with a day per week minium in the office.

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, this role will provide an efficient, proactive and timely HR Business partner service to a group that consist mainly of sales and marketing based professionals. The teams are based mainly in the UK but increasingly the business is seeing growth across Europe and the Middle East.

Responsible for implementing the people strategy locally, the role will be expected to also identify appropriate focus for the local client groups, it is a role that will be given great autonomy.

The role will work to counsel designated leaders, along the way handling issues that arise around performance management, employee relations and change. Furthermore, the role will utilise and leverage the expertise found in centres of excellence to ensure that designated groups are receiving key people experience initiatives.

Perhaps most importantly, the role will work with the business as it pushes to achieve its commercial goals, which will include work in the OD and Talent space. Here the impact and importance of the role will be most gratefully received as the business pushes forward to reach its potential (with the sales and marketing functions in turn being crucial in driving the business forward).

To apply to this role you should be a HR Business partner who is looking to gain further experience in a role that will offer autonomy and ownership of client groups. You should be an experienced HRBP who is confident enough to be proactive with a client group and it is important that you have some international experience.

You should a confident and credible communicator who is commercially aware and interested in business. It would be beneficial and preferred if you have supported client groups that are sales and marketing orientated. It is expected that you will be CIPD qualified.

Salary: Up to £80,000, bonus, 25 days, pension, hybrid and remote working supported

Location: Central London (city). Some requirement to come in (1 day per week is ok)
