A leading business with various interests is looking for HR Business partner to support one of its divisions, which predominantly is an engineering entity.
Working in a hybrid fashion, the role will need to get to Hampshire sites on occasion (primarily Southampton) so applicants within commutable distance of the county are preferred.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business which is genuinely passionate about looking after its people. The role could also potentially offer an experienced HR advisor their first HR Business Partnering opportunity (although current HRBP experience will also be welcomed).
The role will work with an assigned client group to partner with the units, supporting managers and leaders in meeting their organisational goals. The role will talent plan and work with talent acquisition managers to ensure the functions are resourced, it will offer counsel and field queries around day to day people queries and ER, act as a catalyst for change and at a local level represent and champion the people plan.
To apply to this role you should be an HR Advisor, or HR Business partner who is CIPD qualified. You should have experience of working closely with managers to achieve their goals and experience of TUPE would be beneficial. The successful candidate will be pro active and consultative, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You should be happy to occasionally travel to other locations for group HR meetings.
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus bonus, healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday
Location: Hybrid, Southampton and occasional group HR meetings
