A leading technology business based near Maidenhead is looking for a HR Advisor to join their developing HR function.
Reporting to an ambitious and impressive Head of HR, this is a great opportunity to join a business that works in a really interesting space that is driving the new economy.
The business has rapidly grown and it is now starting to grow internationally. The role will be asked to lighten the operational HR workload for the Head of HR, allowing her in turn to deliver on some key deliverables at a strategic level.
Duties will be varied, but the areas of main focus for the role will be recruitment and resourcing, managing employee relations issues and deal with queries with regards to policy and procedures and to assist with HR projects.
To apply to this role you should be a confident HR Officer or Advisor who is looking for a role in a fast paced, exciting business that offers development opportunity. It is likely that you will be CIPD qualified (or close to qualification). You should have strong employment law knowledge and experience of managing recruitment and employee relations issues. Some exposure to change and / or TUPE would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will be credible, commercially minded, pro active and personable. The successful candidate will have well developed communication skills and experience that prepares them well for this role (gained from commercial, ambitious businesses).
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pension
