An innovative and growing HR tech business is looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager to join its Customer team.
Working closely with Customer Success Managers and the Head of Customer success, this role would suit someone performing a similar role, or an individual with digital marketing experience who is keen to deepen their experience of Customer Success.
Focused on ensuring that customers are informed, engaged and realizing the value of the product, the position will write and produce content to help customers at every stage through the customer experience. Quickly grasping the product and its value, you will champion its benefits and drive customer retention and growth, ensuring that content is produced and delivered at every stage of the customer journey including onboarding and renewal.
To apply to this role you should have digital marketing experience, or experience of customer success and have strong interest and technical ability around producing content. You should be commercially minded, adaptable and positive in your outlook and approach to work. You should be able to work effectively in growing, entrepreneurial environments that have developing processes and systems. Experience of SAAS is important and experience of working with HR customers would be of benefit, but in this instance is not necessary.

Salary: Up to £50,000 base salary plus bonus, variable pay and benefits
Location: Hybrid working preferred, remote considered. Berkshire office
