Business Development Manager

A business services firm is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing business.

This role will work pro actively to source and subsequently manage new accounts for the business.

The business offers popular and recession proof services to consultants, distributors and agents of particular products.

This opportunity will suit entrepreneurial, hungry sales professionals who are able to juggle a varied pipeline and manage multiple relationships. You will be tasked with identifying prospects, opening doors, presenting solutions, and subsequently working with re-sellers to ensure that they utilise the businesses solutions.

This business has a supportive, collaborative and team orientated culture and it has industry leading training and induction programmes.

To apply to this role, you should be a sales professional who has demonstrable experience of mapping out markets and winning new business.

It would be advantageous to have experience or understanding of consultancy, business services or financial services, but this is not essential. It is important that you have experience of developing a sales funnel through distributors or re sellers however.

It is expected that you have experience of complex business to business sales cycles and have a track record that demonstrates determination, the ability to learn and success.  You should have stable sales experience that shows commitment, good career decisions and a track record of overachieving targets. You should be someone who has taken your self-development seriously.

The successful candidate will bring that track record combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills and entrepreneurial flair.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic, car allowance, £75,000 OTE

Location: Hybrid, Uxbridge and Surrey office visits on occasion
