Associate Partner – Talent and Resourcing Delivery

A talent management and resourcing consultancy is looking for an Associate partner to join its delivery team.

 

This role will consult on talent and resourcing needs, managing the delivery of high profile executive search campaigns and departmental wide sourcing projects.

 

The business is privately owned, rapidly growing and has significant reach into some of the most important organisations in the UK. Duties will include consulting and taking briefs from C-suite executives around resourcing and search requirements, agreeing and facilitating benchmarking, co-ordinating job evaluation services, taking briefs and devising job descriptions, compiling advertising, researching target head hunting lists, managing responses to campaigns, interviewing long listed candidates and managing interview and selection processes.

 

The business is looking for customer centric, passionate, consultative and authentic talent / recruitment professionals who want to be a part of the businesses journey and enjoy the success (as a partner at some point in the future). The business will also happily talk to in house recruiters and HR practitioners who would welcome the opportunity to share in the commercial success of a  business through access to LTIP’s and share options.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be committed to the highest possible service levels, demonstrated by a successful track record. The successful candidate will be someone who will understand the value of working in a flat structured environment and be able to suggest innovative ideas for improvements and to value those of others. Crucially, applicants will value diversity and actively encourage it within both he business and the businesses client base.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 basic DOE, bonus, commission, equity, remote working.
