The role will help the business to grow by identifying, approaching, and winning new accounts for the business. It is a service that is well received by potential customers, so the process of opening doors and pitching for business can come easily (to those who show determination, a strong work ethic, creativity, and good people skills).
After winning the business, the role will subsequently account manage, and the nature of the service means that the firm will have a long-standing relationship with its customer base as the service becomes integral, valued and non-disposable by the customer base. It is a dream scenario for an account manager who can rely on regular productivity from accounts once they are won (if strong account management, care and focus is given).

To apply to this role, you should be an experience account manager who can demonstrate a successful track record of surpassing targets in roles that have required the identification, winning, management and growth accounts. You should have sales experience that has a demonstrable and measurable success story behind it and be a person who enjoys self-development and shows drive. You will be a strong communicator, someone who is a great listener, problem solver and relationship builder. You should have B2B sales experience.
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic, £120,000 OTE.
Location: Winchester with expensed travel to client sites
