A leading learning & development, thought leadership and performance consultancy seeks an Account Manager to join their growing and fascinating business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a HR sales professional (or sales professional with HR knowledge and HR sales focus aspiration) to join a much loved and well respected brand.
Working closely with an Account Director, this role will work pro-actively across a range of mid-level and small usage accounts. Often these accounts will have engaged with the business for some elements of their service. The position will maintain, deepen and enhance the ongoing relationship, broadening the trading relationship and growing spend across the portfolio.
The role will also gain exposure to Key Account and Enterprise Account Management. Here it will work with the Client director, facilitating and exploring ongoing large scale contracts for the business.
Duties will include un earthing new business opportunities within accounts, growing existing portfolio spend and ensuring retention, completing and presenting proposals, performing account reviews, executing account development plans and working with marketing to agree / attend and help to plan appropriate events.
To apply to this role, ideally you will be an account manager who has experience in working on HR services related accounts. However, the role is open to those with strong account management skills if you have an interest in and/or knowledge of HR services. You should have a demonstrable track record of delivering over and above clients expectations, with an impressive track record of success, client retention and over achievement against targets. You should have a commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills aswell as a proactive attitude, one that responds well to autonomy and trust.
The business operates with an office based in West London and fully supports hybrid and flexible working. Some presence in the office is required, but only when required, the business has always been supportive of flexible and hybrid working.
Salary: Up to £50,000, uncapped commission, annual bonus, flexible working
