Account Manager

A leading sports, leisure and entertainment business is looking for an Account Manager to join its client relationship management team.

This role will work to maximise revenue from and retention across existing key B2B customers whilst also supervising and encouraging a team of account managers to do the same.

A fantastic opportunity to strengthen your account management and strategic customer management exposure, the role will work on marketing and sales plans, utilise commercial management tools ( Microsoft Dynamics, OPTIMO diary management, Enta, LinkedInetc) and work closley with customers and other departments to cross sell other opportunities that the business offers.

The role will also start to spend more time on training, recruiting and developing junior team members – it should be seen as a great step into Sales Management.

To apply to this role you should have a successful track record in customer account management. Ideally, you will have gained experience from environments connected to sports, events, hospitality, leisure, aviation or other customer centric sectors. You will be a confident team player who is keen to support and help colleagues. You will be IT literate and analytical, someone who will enjoy developing commercial plans around key customers, competitor analysis and market trends.

Salary: £35,000 basic, £50,000 OTE

Location: Ascot
