HR Manager

We are delighted to be supporting a successful and established London based as they look to recruit their first HR Manager into their business.

This stand alone HR role will deliver an operational HR service to the business, whilst also working closely with the Directors to build HR initiatives that will help the business reach its commercial goals.

Based in Central London, the firm is involved with fascinating creative work and the environment is one that fosters creativity. Their site and operation with everyone being together is central to their commercial success so we are looking for an HR professional who will want to with them in the office, more  often then not.

The business does not have 100’s of employees, but it has a busy operational HR workload to get stuck into – it is a role that will be busy operationally and one that will allow someone to make their mark and make a difference in the people space for the firm.

On a strategic level there is a lot to get stuck into – talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, development of ED&I initiatives are top of the list. It is also possible that the role could support the firm as it continues to diversify and develop its interest (with restructures, TUPE etc).

The role will suit a HR professional who is looking for a stand-alone role and enjoys roles that work across operational and strategic deliverables. The successful candidate will need to be consultative, adaptive and able to deal with change.

It is expected that applicants will be CIPD qualified and without surprise is also expected that applicants will have experience of working for / within SME’s.
